Job Description

As a key member of our global team, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless site integration.

You will be responsible for building the operational foundation for our India site, partnering closely with the local VP of Tech & Product to drive strategic initiatives and optimize cross-functional workflows.

Additionally, you will serve as the local counterpart to our global Platform Operations team, coordinating hiring plans, physical and professional onboardings, and facilities management.

Key responsibilities include overseeing operational integration, driving workflow harmonization, collaborating with Finance, HR and Talent Acquisition on headcount planning and budget tracking, identifying and fixing process inefficiencies, and tracking and reporting on R&D capitalization and internal audit readiness.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience as Project/Program Manager, or Business/Technology Operations Manager.
  • Strong experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, R&D, HR, Finance).
  • A proactive doer who takes initiative and gets things done, skilled in planning, execution tracking, and managing complex programs.
  • Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills, preferably with experience in global companies.
  • Experience with Agile, software development, and/or fintech a plus.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, or a related field.
