Experienced Java Developer Position

We seek an accomplished Java expert to lead our team in building high-quality enterprise applications.

About the Job
  • This role demands a strong foundation in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and React framework.
  • The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise in API development, messaging systems, and cloud platforms.

Our organization offers a flexible work model that allows for a balance between office and remote work. Collaboration with clients is essential, so being comfortable in client-facing roles is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based microservices and APIs.
  2. Implement and optimize solutions using Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Config Server, and API Gateway.
  3. Work on Kafka/RabbitMQ for event-driven and messaging architectures.
  4. Develop user-facing applications with React framework.
  5. Write high-quality, maintainable code with thorough unit testing (UTs).
  6. Implement reactive programming concepts and manage multithreading where required.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  8. Participate in customer calls, daily stand-ups, and provide timely updates.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in Java development.
  • Strong programming skills in Java 8+.
  • Hands-on experience with Microservices, preferably 5+ years.
  • Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework, minimum 4+ years.
  • Kafka expertise is necessary, with at least 1 year of experience.
  • Databases: SQL, JPA/Hibernate – at least 2 years of experience.
  • React Framework: Working experience in building UI applications.
  • Reactive Programming and Cloud (AWS preferred) are desirable skills.
