Job Title: Cashier

As a key member of our operations team, the Cashier will be responsible for managing cash transactions and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, robust written and communication skills, and the ability to work productively without oversight. A basic understanding of office software and machinery is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cash transactions, including receiving and sorting incoming payments
  • Process sales orders and reconcile all payments with invoices
  • Deliver invoices to clients via digital and traditional services
  • Monitor transactions and pricing for inconsistencies in ERP
  • Update receivables specific to customers regularly
  • Address customer queries and resolve issues
  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the accounts team
  • Generate monthly and quarterly reports and present them to the reporting authority
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com)
  • Understanding of accounting software/ERP such as Oracle/SAP
  • Strong computational skills
  • Passion for numbers and financial data
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
