Job Description

As a Front Office Executive at Accor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth operation of the Reception desk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily administration, including meeting and greeting guests, handling queries and complaints, and booking rooms.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
  • Motivate and develop the Reception team to ensure seamless department functioning and promote teamwork.
  • Report any matters affecting the hotel's interests to Management.
Qualifications:

A degree in hospitality with previous experience in the Front Office Department within a hotel is required.
