Job Title: Front Office Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Executive to join our team at AccorHotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front office operations, and leading the reception team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to queries and resolving complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the front office operations, including room bookings, check-ins, and check-outs.
  • Lead and motivate the reception team to ensure smooth functioning of the department and promote teamwork.
  • Ensure that all guests' expectations are consistently exceeded, and that the hotel's high standards of customer service are maintained.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in hospitality or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the front office department within a hotel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, and you will be required to work a standard 40-hour week. You will be based in our hotel and will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
