Solar Business Executive

">Description:

We are seeking an experienced Solar Business Executive to oversee and manage our solar business operations. This is a full-time on-site role located in Thrissur, where you will be responsible for strategizing business plans, identifying market opportunities, driving sales and revenue growth, and managing team performance.

">Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage the overall solar business operations, including developing and implementing business strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  3. Manage and optimize operational processes to ensure efficient production, distribution, and delivery of high-quality solar energy products and services.
  4. Drive sales and revenue growth through effective marketing and sales strategies, as well as by identifying new business opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive results.
">Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales management, and revenue generation.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • In-depth understanding of the solar energy sector, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
