Solar Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with hands-on experience in the solar industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level technical support to installation companies, customers, and manufacturers through troubleshooting, problem resolution, and returns.
  • Handle and log all technical calls and messages, ensuring prompt responses and effective issue resolution.
  • Perform quality checks during installations and collect feedback from installers.
  • Maintain records and prioritize customer service and maintenance requests.
  • Evaluate post-installation smart meter applications and escalate critical issues to the Construction Manager.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in the solar industry or education in renewable energy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal fluency.
  • Background in engineering, technical support, or service engineering.
  • Familiarity with solar systems, battery systems, electrical diagrams, and CRM tools like MS Office.
  • Problem-solving mindset, self-motivation, flexibility with hours, and ability to work independently.
