Job Title:

Core Technical Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Core Technical Solutions Specialist to lead the implementation and configuration of Workday modules, including HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, and Financials.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Workday integration tools, such as Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Cloud Connectors (CC), Workday Studio, and XML/XSLT for data transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday modules, including HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, and Financials.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy complex integrations between Workday and third-party systems using native integration tools.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize a wide variety of Workday reports and dashboards, leveraging calculated fields to deliver actionable business insights.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Workday technical issues, providing production support, troubleshooting data and system problems, and delivering timely resolutions.
  • Configure and manage Workday security roles, permissions, and domain security policies to ensure data confidentiality and compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and project managers to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with Workday's bi-annual releases, managing system updates and new feature implementations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with Workday, including HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, and Financials.
  • Proven skills in integration tool design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Strong understanding of data transformations using XML/XSLT.
  • Ability to create and maintain complex reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
