Job Title

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analytical management duties include consulting services to clients as directed by senior team members.
  • Manage day-to-day client activities with or without guidance from seniors, focusing on business growth and retention.
  • Contribute to business development, providing insights for new business opportunities and helping to drive revenue.
  • Attend participate in and often lead client meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
  • Develop media and influencer outreach strategies identifying and engaging with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience with some leadership experience working collaboratively with senior and junior colleagues.
  • Demonstrate understanding of agency services and their role in client retention and growth.
  • Showcase excellent communication representation skills conducting oneself in a professional manner at all times.
  • Able to guide mentor junior colleagues, promoting a culture of teamwork and knowledge sharing.
  • Prioritize a team and client-centric approach, demonstrating respect tact and professionalism in all interactions.
