Global Sales Director for International Expansion

We are seeking a seasoned Global Sales Director for International Expansion to spearhead our growth initiatives and drive sales success in the global market.
This strategic role requires a highly experienced professional with a proven track record of developing and executing international sales strategies, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue targets.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Market Analysis and Research: Conduct comprehensive research on global market trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement international sales plans to meet organizational goals, including target setting, sales forecasting, and performance measurement.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders, fostering long-term partnerships and driving revenue growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 15-25 years of experience in international sales and business development
- Proven ability to analyze global market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- A deep understanding of supply chain processes within the manufacturing industry
