Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our projects with expertise and finesse. As a senior project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, incorporating detailed schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and progress for multiple high-end interior or architectural projects.
  • Lead site supervision efforts to ensure adherence to design and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with internal project teams, site supervisors, contractors, vendors, and consultants to achieve project goals.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and stakeholders, providing transparent communication and timely updates.
  • Conduct regular review meetings to align expectations and address any concerns.
  • Implement quality assurance procedures and enforce compliance with safety standards.
  • Proactively identify risks or roadblocks and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure seamless coordination across procurement, design, and execution teams.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, change requests, and cost tracking.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in interior design or architectural execution.
  • Proven experience handling luxury residential or commercial projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of materials, construction methods, and interior finishing details.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office, and basic AutoCAD/SketchUp understanding.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple teams and projects under tight deadlines.
