Job Title: Security Manager Position

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced security manager to fill a critical role within our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing security infrastructure, performing disaster recovery activities, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Security Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain security infrastructure for WAN and LAN networks, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Disaster Recovery: Perform live DR activities and regular DR drills to ensure business continuity and minimal downtime.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess working knowledge of server, storage, and network architectures, including SIEM, event log management, patch management, antivirus software, URL web filtering, vulnerability assessment, and firewall solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead an outsourced team for daily operations and activities, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, maintaining up-to-date and accurate asset inventories.
  • Technology Implementation: Effectively implement new technology to meet organizational requirements, ensuring smooth integration and operation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in BE/BSc IT or equivalent.
  • 4-5 years of experience in information security, disaster recovery, and technical expertise.
  • Excellent knowledge of security policies, procedures, compliance monitoring, and disaster recovery operations.
  • Hands-on experience with SIEM, event log management, patch management, antivirus software, URL web filtering, vulnerability assessment, and firewall solutions.
