Job Opportunity: Quality Manager

As a seasoned quality expert, you will be responsible for ensuring that all incoming and outgoing plastic automotive fasteners and components meet established quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Third Party auditors to ensure compliance during recertification Audits / Surveillance Audits of IATF / ISO specifications.
  • Work closely with MSIL QAVSA auditors to ensure compliance of respective area during the Audits.
  • Develop & maintain Quality Plan, Inspection Standard / MISP, Control Plan, OPS of Product to ensure good quality part with Zero defect.
  • Monitor and maintain COPQ & QA manpower cost as per target.

The ideal candidate will have experience with automotive quality systems and a strong understanding of warehouse operations.

Requirements:
  • Min. 15 Years of Proven experience in quality management within a Automotive plastic injection moulding facility, including knowledge of moulding processes and procedures.
  • Having Min. 3-4 Years of Managerial level Experience.
  • In hand Experience with IATF-16949 standards, quality systems, and certifications.
