Job Title: Quality Assurance Test Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned quality assurance professional to lead our testing efforts for the Core Banking implementation program. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing quality assurance strategies, test plans, and automation frameworks that ensure high-quality delivery across all phases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead quality assurance planning, execution, and reporting for Core Banking implementations
  • Define test strategies for functional, integration, regression, user acceptance testing, and performance testing
  • Manage quality assurance teams and coordinate with business analysts, developers, and vendors
  • Review and validate business requirement documents and functional specifications
  • Ensure traceability of requirements through test cases and defect tracking
  • Oversee defect triaging, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking
  • Effective defect management, reporting, and escalations
  • Ensure readiness for production cutover through rigorous testing and simulation
  • Implement and maintain test automation frameworks where applicable
  • Ensure compliance with software development life cycles, quality assurance standards, governance, and risk management policies
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field. A proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment is essential. Excellent communication and leadership skills are required. Ability to work effectively in a team environment is necessary. Strong understanding of software development life cycles is mandatory. Knowledge of testing methodologies and tools is preferred. Experience with automation frameworks and scripting languages is desired.
