Role: Lead Developer - Dynamics 365

Job Location: Chennai – Ambattur

Experience Required: 7+ Years

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a strong professional to design and implement CRM solutions with technical knowledge.
  • The selected candidate will involve all phases of development including planning, analysis, design, building, and testing.
  • They must configure and customize standard workflows, dashboards, forms, views, and develop standard or custom reports.
  • Complete documentation including source codes, technical specifications, and unit test results is required.
  • Support UAT, production, and fix defects.
  • Develop automated tests (technical and functional).
  • Minimum 7 years of Microsoft Dynamic365 CRM development experience are mandatory.
  • Strong experience in C# development, JavaScript, Power Apps is necessary.
  • Proficiency in React, Node JS, TypeScript is expected.
  • Knowledge of Azure Functions/Logic apps/Web Jobs is essential.
  • Agile and Scrum experience is preferred.

  • Ability to be a fast learner, self-starter, and creative problem solver.
  • Team leadership skills with a team size of 4-5 members.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to handle distributed teams.
