Job Title:

  • Citrix Expert
Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Citrix expert to design and implement virtual desktop solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Azure virtual desktop services, network design, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design scalable and secure architectures for virtual desktop environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure successful deployment.
  • Configure and manage Azure virtual machines, session hosts, virtual networks, and storage to create and maintain virtual desktop environments.
  • Implement security measures, including data encryption, access controls, and compliance requirements to protect virtual desktop environments.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues, system errors, and network connectivity problems to maintain a stable and reliable environment.
  • Document and communicate design decisions, implementation guides, and operational procedures to ensure successful deployment and ongoing management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience as a Citrix Architect or similar role designing and implementing virtual desktop solutions using Citrix technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure virtual desktop services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Active Directory, and virtual networks.
  • Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC, and Citrix Cloud.
  • Experience in network design, including connectivity options, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.
  • Familiarity with identity and access management concepts, including Azure Active Directory, multifactor authentication, and role-based access controls.
  • Understanding of performance optimization techniques, monitoring tools, and troubleshooting methodologies.
