Job Overview

The Head of Consolidation and Reporting plays a pivotal role in ensuring accurate financial data consolidation and reporting across various entities.

This position fosters transparency, trust, and credibility in the financial reporting process while driving corrective actions to enhance overall reporting quality and uniformity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the consolidation and reporting function with revenue over $1 billion.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, review the financial performance of group entities, and identify opportunities/risk.
  • Drive improvement in overall reporting quality, timeliness, and uniform accounting through detailed review of entity level MIS and effective implementation of monthly closing processes.
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and completeness of financial data across Yokohama subsidiaries.
  • Monitor changes in group accounting policies and instructions, assessing their impact on financial reporting.
  • Lead the Centre of Excellence for IFRS accounting standards and support entities in accounting advisory on complex issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of post-qualification experience in relevant background.
  • Financial analysis, Ind AS/IFRS reporting, advance MS Excel skills.
  • Experience with SAP and accounting/reporting software.
