Scale Your Paid Media Expertise

We are seeking an experienced paid media professional to join our team and scale their skills. If you have a proven track record of doubling ROAS and driving conversions, we want to talk.

This role involves building and scaling Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for fast-growing D2C brands. You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of full-funnel strategies from cold awareness to high-intent retargeting and retention.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies across Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Create and manage full-funnel campaigns that drive conversions and revenue growth
  • Analyze campaign performance using data and insights to inform optimization decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive conversion and revenue growth
  • Benchmark and measure campaign performance using metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and MER
  • Leverage campaign performance data to inform future strategy and decision-making

You Might Be Perfect For This Role If:

  • You have experience scaling D2C campaigns and understand how to turn clicks into customers profitably
  • You speak fluent ROAS, AOV, CAC, LTV, MER
  • You have experience working with budgets ranging from £10K-£500K/month - and making every penny count
  • You have run campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • You love testing, tracking, tweaking - and winning
