Property Deal Analysis Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-obsessed Property Deal Analyst to help evaluate property investment opportunities with precision and professionalism.

As a trusted team member, you will review deals, calculate returns, check refurbishment estimates, and decide whether deals stack.

This is a secure full-time remote role, and we are looking for someone who takes extreme pride in accuracy, logic, and constant improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysing residential and commercial property deals
  • Reviewing floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent PDFs, and other key documents
  • Calculating key figures: ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, GDV
  • Using and maintaining deal analysis spreadsheet tools
  • Producing written deal summaries with go/no-go recommendations
  • Triple-checking every detail before submitting work
  • Taking ownership of your analysis — your calls matter
  • Listening to feedback and improving with every deal you review
  • Updating deals in CRM / deal tracker systems accurately

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Love working with numbers, logic, and structured thinking
  • Experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work
  • Understanding of terms like yield, refurb budget, ROCE, GDV, LTV, etc.
  • Meticulous — you check your work three times, not once
  • Ability to handle important decisions under pressure
  • Welcome feedback and constantly aim to improve
  • Strong integrity — you're careful because the numbers matter
