Job Opening for Finishing Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Finishes Manager to oversee and lead our upcoming projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • To ensure that all finishes meet world-class standards in state-of-the-art hospital facilities, you will apply your creative skills to deliver exceptional results.
  • You will work closely with Clients, Consultants, and Architects to coordinate technically and provide expert guidance.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing interior construction, scheduling, and monitoring of projects to ensure timely completion.
  • This role requires collaboration with project construction teams and leaders to align on project objectives and deliverables.
  • You will be responsible for value engineering and handling project billing to optimize financial performance.
  • To maintain the highest level of quality control and assurance, you will implement robust systems and processes.
  • This role involves sourcing high-end materials and installation expertise from local and international suppliers.
  • A deep understanding of MEP coordination and experience working with MEP teams is essential for success in this role.
  • BIM knowledge and experience with Fast Track projects are highly desirable.
  • You will also be responsible for managing lighting and landscape-related works to create a seamless environment.
  • To drive productivity and efficiency, you will monitor projects using MS Project or Primavera, identify key milestones, and develop strategies to improve productivity.
  • As part of this role, you will be responsible for risk identification and mitigation plans to minimize potential issues.
  • Proven track record of identifying snags and rectifying before handover using an excellent tracking system is essential.
  • Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required for this role.
  • Candidates with experience in hospitals and hotels will be preferred, as they possess valuable insights into operational requirements.
  • At least 10 years of experience and 2 years in a team management role are necessary to excel in this position.
