Job Description:

The role of Project Manager is critical in overseeing the execution of retail interior projects from concept to completion.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and executing turnkey retail interior projects, including furniture and fittings.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Ensure seamless delivery of projects, including design, procurement, installation, and handover.
  • Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, clients, contractors, suppliers, and designers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Budget Management: Develop, manage, and track project budgets and timelines to ensure timely completion within agreed financial constraints.
  • CAD Drawings: Interpret and review CAD drawings, layouts, and design plans to ensure alignment with client requirements and feasibility for implementation.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the quality of materials, finishes, and installations, ensuring that all work complies with specifications and meets client expectations.
  • Vendor Management: Source and manage suppliers for furniture, fixtures, and fittings. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks during project execution and implement mitigation plans.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, budgets, and issues, providing regular updates to clients and senior management.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Address client concerns, provide regular updates, and manage expectations.
