Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute the end-to-end release management process, using Copado to streamline deployments.
  • Configure and maintain pipelines, quality gates, and automation processes to ensure efficient deployment strategies.
  • Establish and enforce DevOps best practices, including version control, continuous integration, and deployment methodologies.
  • Manage sandbox refresh processes and synchronize environments to optimize deployment workflows.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for deployment processes to support team collaboration.
  • Schedule and coordinate releases with stakeholders to ensure seamless deployment experiences.
  • Cross-train team members on DevOps best practices and Salesforce development standards to foster knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with development teams to enhance deployment processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience with Salesforce development and a strong understanding of APEX, lightning components, APIs, and webservices.
  • Display ability to work on production tickets and small projects in Salesforce with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with a proven track record of success.
  • 2+ years of experience with DevOps practices and tools, with expertise in Copado.
  • Salesforce Platform Administrator certification demonstrating technical proficiency.
  • Strong understanding of Git version control concepts and agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive project success.
  • Experience with change management and release coordination to minimize disruptions.
