Reconciliation and Settlements Team Lead

This role requires a skilled professional to manage Reconciliation and settlements activities, ensuring an effective operating model is maintained.

The successful candidate will:

  • Manage and supervise Reconciliation and settlements related activities to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Process payments and transactions within standardized turnaround times and ensure Service Level Agreement compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • Ensure operational risk is effectively managed and addressed in all aspects of payments and settlement function.
  • Lead projects related to payments and reconciliation, ensuring timely completion and cost efficiency.
  • Prepare regular Management Information and analysis for senior management.
