Job Description">

As a Strategic Fundraising Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy to support the organization's mission.

You will work closely with the leadership team to build a network of diverse supporters, identify new funding opportunities, and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful fundraising, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a national network of supporters and identifying new funding opportunities
  • Cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, corporate partners, and government agencies
  • Building and maintaining a strong team to support fundraising efforts

Required Skills and Qualifications">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in business, social sciences, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in direct fundraising and partnership roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong project management skills and executive presence
