As a sourcing professional, you will play a key role in driving strategic value within the procurement function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to drive the sourcing process forward.
  • Execute the sourcing process by identifying and assessing potential suppliers, developing bid strategies, and negotiating contracts.
  • Support clients through the sourcing process, including contract negotiations and execution, risk management, and governance requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 3 years of relevant sourcing/procurement experience.
  • Proven expertise in leading sourcing initiatives, processes, and developing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, including financial analysis and Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Preferred skills include:

  • Experience working with project management tools.
  • Familiarity with third-party risk management and vendor contract language.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
