Job Opportunity

  • The role of an Assistant Manager involves possessing theoretical and practical knowledge on SAP S4 Hana, which is essential for exceling in this position.
  • A solid understanding of Direct Tax (DT) and Indirect Tax (IDT) laws, with hands-on experience in practical applications and awareness of recent amendments, is also crucial.
  • Furthermore, familiarity with accounting principles, financial reporting, and closing activities will be beneficial in achieving success as an Assistant Manager.
  • Additionally, working knowledge of IND AS (Indian Accounting Standards) and the ability to apply them effectively in preparing and analyzing financial statements will contribute to overall performance.
  • Lastly, exposure to tax audits, statutory audits, and compliance requirements will provide a strong foundation for growth in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To possess a good grasp of SAP S4 Hana and its applications, ensuring seamless integration and efficient use of the system.
  2. To be well-versed in Direct and Indirect Tax laws and their implications, enabling informed decision-making and compliance.
  3. To have a thorough understanding of accounting principles and their application, allowing for accurate financial reporting and analysis.
  4. To stay updated with recent amendments and changes in tax laws, maintaining a competitive edge in a rapidly evolving industry.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, providing a solid foundation for growth and development.
  • CA or CA inter qualification, demonstrating expertise and commitment to excellence in the field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling effective decision-making and resolution of complex issues.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, showcasing adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
