Overview

As a Senior Financial Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the finance function and ensuring its alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.

  • Developing and implementing effective financial controls to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Managing cash flow, funding, and working capital to optimize financial performance.
  • Providing timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and trend analysis.
  • Leading and motivating the finance team to achieve desired outcomes, while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Identifying and mitigating financial risks, and ensuring effective management of audit and compliance activities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • CA / CMA >12 years of experience
  • Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making
  • Proficient in English
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
