Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to support our social sector consulting firm in various roles. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in project execution, grant writing, program delivery, communication campaigns, business communication, partner coordination, research & analysis, knowledge & documentation, and team coordination & logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the day-to-day execution of one or more projects or workstreams, including creating work plans, tracking progress against deliverables, and ensuring timely and high-quality output.
  • Assist in managing deliverables tied to grants, including tracking timelines, gathering data, supporting reporting, and ensuring documentation aligns with funder requirements.
  • Develop and deliver a communication strategy for specific grants, including initiatives for narrative change through mainstream media engagement, social media, events, knowledge products, influencer engagement etc.
  • Manage day-to-day online presence for specific grants (website, Instagram, etc.) including content calendars and scheduling.
  • Liaise with external partners such as non-profits, companies, government entities, and vendors, and build long-term relationships.
  • Conduct background research, benchmarking, and stakeholder mapping as required, and synthesize findings into actionable insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Assist in drafting reports, case studies, presentations, toolkits, and other knowledge outputs, and ensure project documentation is organized and up-to-date.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the Indian and/or international development sector, an entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional storytelling and written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage complex project deliverables with agility and adaptability.
