Role Overview

In this role, you will fine-tune large language models using strong analytical and English comprehension skills. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in Biology at the level expected in PhD-level programs.

  • You must be able to break down complex biological concepts into simple, clear explanations and work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented individual to design and solve challenging Biology problems to probe the limitations of large language models. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Developing high-quality solutions with clear and rigorous reasoning.
  • Collaborating with LLM researchers to align problem types with evaluation goals.
  • Contributing to defining new evaluation benchmarks based on Biology curricula spanning to PhD-level topics.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Ph.D./Postdoctoral degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
  • Good research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations.
  • Creative and lateral thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote setting.
