Albumin Manufacturing Expert

We are seeking a seasoned expert in albumin and immunoglobulin production to join our organization as a consultant. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape and lead a cutting-edge biologics manufacturing program with long-term impact.

About the Role
  • Develop and scale advanced manufacturing processes for albumin and immunoglobulins, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
  • Provide strategic technology guidance, facility setup, and equipment procurement support to optimize operations.
  • Maintain compliance with international regulatory frameworks, including cGMP, FDA, EMA, DCGI, ICH, and WHO guidelines.
  • Support global regulatory filings and strengthen legal/regulatory compliance, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Implement quality assurance and control systems, promoting continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and train internal teams to build organizational expertise and drive success.

The successful candidate will transition into a Director role, leading global operations, strategy, and compliance for our Albumin & Immunoglobulin division.

Requirements
  • Advanced degree (M.Sc./Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field).
  • 10+ years' experience in large-scale plasma fractionation or recombinant protein production.
  • Proven track record in complex protein production.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong leadership qualities with potential for career advancement.
