Transformative Business Leadership Role

Drive growth and transformation by identifying, validating, and scaling new business opportunities.

Work closely with leadership, shaping the roadmap and taking ideas from zero-to-one.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic P&L Management: Set revenue, margin, and efficiency targets; run weekly/monthly reviews, enforce unit-economics guardrails, and course-correct decisively.
  • Business Development Strategy: Define segment focus, propositions, pricing/packaging, and geo priorities; translate into a ruthlessly prioritized, ROI-backed execution roadmap.
  • Experimental Growth Engine: Build a disciplined test-and-learn engine across product, tech, ops, and marketing with clear hypotheses, success criteria, and scale/kill decisions.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Orchestrate acquisition → conversion → retention levers end-to-end; tighten handoffs, reduce leakage, expand LTV, and stabilize predictable revenue.
  • Team Leadership & Enablement: Hire and lead a cross-functional squad; set OKRs, coach for performance, and drive adoption of playbooks through SOPs and change management.
  • Analytics & Forecasting: Stand up trustworthy dashboards and models (cohort, funnel, demand/supply), run scenario planning, and proactively mitigate revenue risk.
  • Operational Excellence & Governance: Convert strategy into quarterly plans, manage dependencies and partners, and uphold high standards on data hygiene, compliance, and review rituals.
