Job Role: GRC Consultant

About the Position: We are seeking motivated professionals to lead and implement Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks for our clients. This entry-level role is ideal for someone starting their career with a strong interest in cyber security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance GRC frameworks and policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Implement industry standards such as ISO 27001 and ISO 22301, supporting client certifications.
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks across business units, minimizing potential threats.
  • Understand and apply relevant compliance requirements to maintain a secure environment.
  • Conduct training sessions for client stakeholders and end-users on cyber security best practices.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants to develop and enhance the GRC framework.
  • Document information security policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory and framework requirements.
  • Help manage cyber security risks across various functions, ensuring a secure working environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with compliance standards and apply them accordingly.
  • Conduct awareness sessions on cyber security topics, promoting a culture of security within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in cyber security, with a focus on risk management and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
