Job Opportunity: Governance, Risk and Compliance Professional

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team, where you will play a key role in shaping and implementing our Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with GRC modules and contribute to strategic, operational and technical initiatives across the organization.

  • You will lead and manage the GRC team strategically and operationally, acting as the primary contact for central risk and compliance functions.
  • You will define KPIs, ensure audit-readiness and manage the GRC roadmap, coordinating with Enterprise Risk Management.

GRC Modules Expertise

Our ideal candidate has experience working with GRC modules, including IRM/GRC platform architecture, integrations, scalability and security.

You will provide technical leadership and design ServiceNow GRC platform architecture, oversee integrations, platform scalability and security, collaborating with enterprise platform and security teams.

Implementation and Support

As a seasoned professional, you will configure and implement ServiceNow GRC modules, translating business requirements into workflows.

You will support testing, training and go-live activities, aligning implementations with regulatory frameworks (ISO, SOX, GDPR).

Risk Management and Compliance

You will maintain risk registers, control libraries and policy documentation, supporting audits, evidence collection and control testing.

You will generate dashboards and reports, liaising with business units on control responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Experience in GRC, risk management, compliance or related fields.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow GRC modules is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
