We are seeking a highly skilled Biostatistical Professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be an independent and collaborative expert with extensive knowledge in non-clinical statistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • To lead the statistical analysis of various experiments, develop analysis plans, and ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of statistical work.
  • To collaborate with field experts in Research and Pre-Clinical Development to plan, execute, and analyze relevant experiments independently.
  • To design experiments that are feasible under given lab conditions.
  • To provide support for sample-size calculations and applications for animal testing licenses.
  • To take statistical responsibility for one or more standard experiments.
  • To develop the statistical analysis plan for experiments, ensuring overall consistency within and between projects.
  • To facilitate the overall organization and coordination of statistical activities for specific experiments and small projects.
  • To assume responsibility for the production and accuracy of statistical deliverables and the interpretation of results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong collaborative skills to work with field experts.
  • Expertise in designing and analyzing non-clinical experiments.
  • A deep understanding of statistical concepts, including sample-size calculations and randomization.
  • The ability to work independently on routine and complex statistical tasks.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage statistical activities for projects.
  • Experience in leading and working within cross-functional teams.
  • A proven commitment to producing accurate and high-quality statistical deliverables.
  • The ability to develop and implement standard processes.
