Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled QA Tester to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

The ideal candidate will focus on functional and regression testing across our platforms, working closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Developers to deliver high-quality software.

  • Perform manual functional testing of web and mobile applications.
  • Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on requirements.
  • Validate bug fixes, track issues in the bug tracking system, and ensure they are resolved efficiently.
  • Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains stable and aligned with product goals.
  • Collaborate with developers and product owners to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure that defects are reported clearly, including steps to reproduce and an impact analysis.
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies to align testing with delivery timelines and facilitate communication among teams.
  • Support UAT with clients and stakeholders to guarantee successful project outcomes.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Defect Detection Rate: ≥ 95% of critical issues identified before release.
  • Defect Leakage: ≤ 5% of high-severity issues reported post-release.
  • Test Coverage: ≥ 90% of functional requirements validated per sprint.
  • Bug Closure Rate: ≥ 90% of reported bugs resolved within committed sprint.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • 2–4 years of experience in manual QA testing for SaaS or enterprise platforms.
  • Strong understanding of functional, regression, and exploratory testing methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (Jira, Trello, or similar).
  • Ability to write clear and structured test cases.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the above qualifications, it would be beneficial if you have:

  • Experience testing AMS, LMS, e-commerce, or membership platforms.
  • Familiarity with Postman or other API testing tools (basic validation).
  • Exposure to WordPress, React/Next.js-based platforms.
  • Understanding of accessibility and performance testing basics.
