
Growth Initiative Manager

We are seeking a professional to lead high-impact initiatives and drive growth through scalable strategies.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement go-to-market plans for new and existing projects, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
- Create customer personas, market segmentation, and positioning to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and effective communication.
- Program & Stakeholder Management:
- Manage end-to-end program execution, bridging the gap between Product, Marketing, Sales, Academics, and Operations teams.
- Drive stakeholder communication and alignment on project goals, ensuring seamless execution.
- Website & Digital Assets Management:
- Oversee creation, updates, and management of website content and structure to enhance user experience.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability.
- Webinars & Growth Enablement:
- Plan and execute impactful webinars and events to boost awareness and conversions, leveraging engagement insights to refine outreach strategies.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in Growth, GTM, Strategy, or Program Management roles (EdTech, Consulting, or high-growth startups preferred).
- Strong program and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to deliver outcomes and drive growth.
- Experience in website management and ensuring quality through reviews.
- Familiarity with building go-to-market plans, growth models, and product marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience in planning/executing webinars/events is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- High ownership, agility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
