The success of our organization relies heavily on the Regional Training Manager's ability to deliver and execute training plans. This role plays a critical part in achieving activation goals and building trainer expertise.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery & Execution: Create comprehensive training calendars, manage empaneled trainers, and ensure logistics and SME availability for induction, refreshers, skill builders, assessments, and product/process updates.

  • Activation Targets: Drive trainer performance to meet activation goals (first successful cross-sell within defined time). Take corrective actions to close performance gaps.

  • Team Capability Building: Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions, quality audits, and provide coaching to enhance trainer expertise and maintain delivery excellence.

  • Governance & Feedback: Ensure compliance with company policies and code of conduct adherence. Capture and share training data, insights, and feedback with leadership to inform strategy and decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple priorities, and possess a strong understanding of training principles and methodologies.
