Vendor Master Data Specialist Associate

We are seeking a skilled Vendor Master Data Specialist to join our procurement team.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and validating vendor master records to ensure data integrity and compliance with global procurement standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Onboarding and Lifecycle Management: You will be responsible for onboarding new vendors and managing their lifecycle to ensure that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • SAP Master Data Transactions: You will have strong proficiency in SAP (ECC, MDG, or S/4HANA) Master Data transactions, including creation, maintenance, and validation of vendor master records.
  • Data Quality Management and Cleansing: You will ensure that vendor master data is accurate, complete, and consistent across multiple regions.
  • P2P Processes: You will have knowledge of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes, including procurement, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Communication and Collaboration: You will have strong analytical and communication skills in English, as well as the ability to collaborate with procurement, finance, and compliance teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Proficiency in SAP (ECC, MDG, or S/4HANA): You will have experience working with SAP Master Data transactions, including creation, maintenance, and validation of vendor master records.
  • Excellent Analytical and Communication Skills in English: You will have strong analytical and communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with procurement, finance, and compliance teams.
  • Knowledge of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) Processes: You will have knowledge of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes, including procurement, invoicing, and payment processing.
