Job Title

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and develop your team members to achieve desired performance.
  • Collaborate with the team to standardize and automate processes, achieving maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of supportive operations.
  • Set up, modify, and maintain master data in systems accurately and on time.
  • Manage training, routine, people development, and other compliance activities.
  • Foster relationships between teams, business units, and stakeholders.

Quality Control:

  • Conduct quality checks of master data setups to prevent infractions from impacting business operations or customer relationships.
  • Ensure end-to-end process management of master data is efficient.
  • Participate actively in project initiatives.

General Management Activities:

  • Achieve targets, including creating sustainability models and action plans for open issues.
  • Ensure 100% backup planning for the team.
  • Maintain Training Tracking Tools and elaborate action plans to minimize knowledge gaps.
  • Monitor and improve team performance to achieve SLA/KPIs.
  • Update process training documentation as per standards.
  • Review and recommend enhancements for improving workflow efficiency.
  • Perform routine management tasks, including cascade, stand-up, and one-to-one meetings.
  • Facilitate positive communication flow within the team and with external parties.
  • Share best practices within the overall business.
  • Assist in developing procedures for non-recurring transactions and events.

People Management Activities:

  • Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and safety training requirements.
  • Ensure teamwork is adequately equipped to perform duties and responsibilities.
  • Manage administrative people management tasks.
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment.
