Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst - Supply Chain Optimization to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes related to supply chain management.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing current business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Designing and implementing new business processes and procedures.
  • Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
  • Providing training and support to end-users on new processes and systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in business process analysis, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Visio.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
