Job Title: Business Solutions Analyst

The role of a Business Solutions Analyst is to collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and develop strategic solutions. This entails analyzing organizational domains, documenting processes, and assessing technology integration.

  • Analyze and evaluate business objectives, drivers, and success metrics across various business units.
  • Document business requirements and detailed functional and technical specifications from multi-department stakeholders for review and delivery to the development team using agile methodologies.
  • Evaluate, analyze, and communicate system requirements continuously, maintaining system processes, including delivering regular status reports.
  • Participate in project delivery and process optimization to support the execution of projects using various project methodologies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing agile change strategies to navigate transformation processes and prepare for future releases.
  • Maintaining awareness of best practices, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing guidance and feedback to junior analysts.
  • Handling multiple engagements simultaneously without compromising accountability or reducing engagement level.

Professional experience and qualifications required:

  • Minimum 5 years of Salesforce CRM experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
  • Change management and project management experience preferred.
  • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification and Administrator Certification preferred.
Requirements
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce platform out-of-the-box functionality.
  • Excellent listening, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to define and communicate the 'big picture' and break it down into smaller manageable work units.
