  • Finally, you will partner with managers and peers to support agile execution of Oracle HCM system security configuration, upgrades, and implementations.">

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Maintain user access within Oracle HCM system and related security process documentation.">
  • Build custom roles supporting HCM application and HR business processes.">
  • Monitor, resolve and respond to access questions and requests pertaining to Oracle HCM system access and functionality.">
  • Partner with managers and peers to support agile execution of Oracle HCM system security configuration, upgrades, and implementations.">
  • Become a domain expert for HCM system access and configuration, working with Oracle on enablement of new features, problem resolution, and Quarterly improvements.">

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience leading security management for enterprise-scale SaaS applications, including HCM application security management.">
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management tools, identity governance, and user access lifecycle management is required.">
