About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned SAP ABAP HR specialist to drive high-quality solutions in SAP ABAP programming, including reports, forms, and custom module development.

  • With extensive experience of 8+ years, you will be responsible for delivering efficient solutions that meet business needs.
  • You will have expertise in HR-specific ABAP development, including Personality Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management, Employee Self-Service, and Manager Self-Service.
  • Familiarity with SAP HCM workflows, enhancements, and configurations is essential for success.
  • A strong understanding of IDocs, BAPIs, and RFCs for SAP HR data integration is required.
  • Your knowledge of SAP HR module configuration and functionalities will enable you to deliver optimized solutions.
  • You will work closely with our team to understand HR business processes, including employee data management, payroll processing, time management, and recruitment.

  • Design and develop complex SAP ABAP programs that meet business requirements.
  • Implement HR-specific ABAP development projects that improve operational efficiency.
  • Configure and enhance SAP HCM workflows and functionalities to support business growth.
  • Integrate SAP HR data using IDocs, BAPIs, and RFCs to ensure seamless data exchange.
