Long Form Video Content Lead

As a seasoned content strategist, you will lead the creation and execution of our long-form video portfolio across YouTube and other platforms.
About the Role:The ideal candidate is a skilled storyteller and tactician capable of driving organic growth, understanding market dynamics, and producing engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy to scale our presence on YouTube.
- Use data insights, platform trends, and market analysis to inform content decisions and maximize reach and engagement.
- Manage the full production lifecycle from concept development, scripting, filming, to post-production edits and final cuts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content alignment with business objectives.
- 4-10 years of experience in content creation, with a proven track record of scaling YouTube channels or equivalent platforms.
- Strong creative vision with the ability to develop compelling storytelling and strategic content initiatives.
- Expertise in editing, visual effects, and post-production tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, etc.).
- Solid understanding of audience behavior and platform algorithms.
- Experience in balancing creativity with data-driven decision-making.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
