Job Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced Video Editor to join our team and create captivating video content for social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit and produce high-quality video ads, including long-form (30-40 minutes) and short-form (up to 2 minutes) content.
  • Utilize industry-leading software and AI-enabled tools to develop engaging and creative video content.
  • Collaborate with writers to develop ad scripts aligned with campaign objectives and optimize creative efforts based on performance metrics.
  • Analyze performance data to improve engagement, user retention, and click-through rates.
  • Optimize video content for maximum reach and lowest possible cost per install.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Experience with AI-based video creation tools such as Kling, Runway, Pika, Minimax, Vidu.
  • Strong analytical skills to optimize video content.
  • Native proficiency in German and working proficiency in English.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with digital-first brands, broadcast networks, or entertainment platforms.
  • Social media marketing certifications are a plus.
