Content Creator & Script Writer (Fintech Podcasts & YouTube)

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Experience: 2+ years

About the Role

Were looking for a dynamic individual who excels in the tech and finance space to craft engaging content for podcasts and YouTube. If you&aposre passionate about fintech products, adept at scriptwriting, and can translate complex tech-finance concepts into compelling narratives, youre the one we want.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and script episodes for podcasts and YouTube content focused on fintech and financial products.
- Create clear, engaging, and listener-friendly narratives that align with fintech trends and audience interests.
- Collaborate with production teams to storyboard, plan, and execute high-quality audio and video content.
- Translate technical and financial jargon into accessible and engaging storytelling.
- Stay updated on emerging fintech trends, tools, and product updates to inform content strategy.
- Participate in content planning, episode outlining, and brainstorming sessions.
- Optimize content for clarity, engagement, and SEO-friendly video descriptions or podcast show notes.
- Analyze performance metrics (views, shares, listener feedback) to refine content strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2+ years of content creation or scriptwriting experience, preferably in tech, fintech, or financial products.
- Strong understanding of fintech domains: payments, lending, digital banking, investment platforms, APIs, etc.
- Excellent scriptwriting skills, with a knack for storytelling and structure.
- Familiarity with podcast and YouTube formats, pacing, and audience engagement strategies.
- Solid research ability to unpack technical content while maintaining clarity and tone.
- Collaboration skillsworking with hosts, editors, designers, and stakeholders.
- Basic awareness of SEO best practices for video titles, descriptions, and podcast show notes is a plus.
