We seek a seasoned professional with expertise in statutory compliance, transfer pricing, and tax audits to assume a key role in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review tax returns, transfer pricing documentation, and statutory forms based on applicable provisions.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare appeals, submissions, and documentation for cases before tax authorities.
  • Support senior team members in representing cases before tax authorities.
  • Provide consultancy on TDS applicability and withholding tax implications for domestic and international transactions.
  • Offer advisory services on employee tax structures and incentives to ensure tax-efficient compensation planning.
  • Collaborate with overseas consultants to finalize tax returns as per local laws and analyze cross-border tax implications.
  • E nsure compliance with all statutory regulations while providing value-added tax advisory services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in taxation, compliance, and audit.
  • Proficient in Income Tax Law, computation, tax audits, and transfer pricing.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and familiarity with SAP.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and drafting abilities.
  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA dropout with relevant experience.
