We're looking for a strategic thinker with a flair for communication and ideation to support our new business pitch team. This role requires someone who can turn briefs into compelling digital strategies, craft persuasive pitch decks, and deliver presentations that win clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Development: Understand client briefs, conduct research, and craft digital-first strategies tailored to brand goals and industry trends.
• Ideation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, media, tech) to brainstorm integrated campaign ideas that resonate.
• Pitch Deck Creation: Develop high-impact pitch decks — from narrative flow and strategic insight to visual storytelling and design coordination.
• Client Presentations: Confidently present strategies and ideas to prospective clients, both independently and alongside senior leadership.
• Market Research: Analyze competitors, industry trends, audience behavior, and digital innovations to inform pitches.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the new business, creative, media, and planning teams to build strong, well-rounded proposals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing strategy, ideally within an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, consumer behavior, and marketing trends.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — both written and verbal.
• Experience crafting and delivering client-facing pitch presentations.
• Ability to synthesize data, insights, and creative thinking into compelling strategies.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint / Keynote; familiarity with design tools is a bonus.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple pitches and deadlines.
