Job Title: Enterprise ERP Consultant

The Enterprise ERP Consultant plays a critical role in leading and executing enterprise resource planning (ERP) activities during organizational transitions. This includes end-to-end process mapping, configuration, data migration, compliance, and integration with external systems.

Responsibilities include:

">
  • Transition Planning & Execution: Design and implement ERP processes for company separation, including inactivation of accounts, closure of company codes, and data extraction strategies.">
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define the scope of divestiture and ensure alignment with business and compliance requirements ">
  • Finance Module Expertise: Configure and support modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and multi-currency setups.">
  • Handle intercompany settlements, period-end closures, and reporting requirements
">

Data Migration & Integration responsibilities include:

">
  • Lead historical data extraction and handover to acquiring entities.">
  • Ensure seamless integration with systems like SAP, Hyperion, and EBS during transitions
">

Additional Responsibilities include:

">
  • Security & Compliance: Implement security using tools like All Out.">
  • Generate and review reports related to sensitive access and firefighting IDs
">

Finally, this role also involves:

">
  • Documentation & Training: Prepare process documents, runbooks, and training materials.">
  • Conduct user training and create self-help documentation to reduce support tickets
">

Required Skills & Qualifications

">
  • 12–15 years of experience in ERP with a focus on Finance and cross-functional modules.">
  • Proven experience in at least one company separation, merger, or acquisition project.">
  • Strong understanding of configuration, data structures, and integration points.">
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks.">
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
