Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Deliver exceptional sales results through strategic channel development and management.
  • Develop and execute account plans that drive revenue growth and wallet share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute strategies to grow key accounts and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to develop account plans and set targets.
  • Manage channel partners' capabilities, coverage, and compensation models.
  • Ensure optimal distribution and channel inventory levels.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and building strong relationships.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Experience working in the South Region in instrumentation.
  • Strong experience with SFDC tools.
